ULTROPIA | acid envelope filter
ULTROPIA | acid envelope filter
SMILE, WE'VE CROSSED THE THRESHOLD
Ultropia is an envelope filter that takes you to synthesizer regions, with an undeniable inspiration. Analyzing the utility of the TB303 machine that revolutionized the world through Acid House, this effect crosses the limits of the genre.
This envelope filter has an in house designed Acid Logic: a low pass calibrated to interact simultaneously with the resonance and cut-off frequency. This virtual hand allows you to resonate frequencies in an organic way emulating the ritualistic knob twisting.
Attacks that quack, spank, sonic booms, chewy laser beams, rumbling subs and a saturation to add a necessary syrupy texture. Re imagine electronic music in your own language.
CONTROLS
SENS/SENSITIVITY: The response level to your instrument’s attack.
SATU/SATURATION: Amount of saturation on the effect, adding rich harmonics to the overall mix.
Q: Controls the amount of resonance of the filter.
SUB: control the level of an octave down to add a synthy feel.
NIVEL/LEVEL: Overall volume of the effect.
UP/DOWN: Determines the starting point of the filter. Up the filter travels towards high frequencies with your attack, or Down the filter travels toward low frequencies and gives a sensation of dampening your signal with your attack.
Q CROSS: Determines through the envelope response, the resonance increase or decrease.
FAST/SLOW: Fast attack or slow attack producing different responses, from impulsive laser, to slow and slurry swells.

We recommend using a regulated 9 volt Dc power supply with our pedals, 2.1mm diameter positive barrel and negative center. Using one with poor regulation, not isolated and poor filtering can result in unexpected noise or unwanted higher voltages that can take the pedal out of operation and even cause damage.
