About Us

Paradox Effects is a pedal company run by human hands, located in the city of Tijuana, Baja California, in the most visited border in the world.

This endeavor started in 2013 when its collaborators were plotting on building their own pedals to create music; they experimented with some circuits and came up with some creations that would later become the first official models.

Paradox Effects believes that the pedal should resolve music production necessities, but also envisions the pedal as a creative extension of the user; like a cultural object; as a semiology of sounds and textures; as a sonic language.
