Paradox unveils an unprecedented collaboration.
As part of the Sonic Curation—an ecosystem where Paradox pushes concepts and musical productions into the unexpected.
We introduce Ocean of Doom, a collaborative pedal summoned from the deep sea alongside the band Abyssal, opening up an unexplored territory we call Sub-Ambience Distortion.
Built around the mythical LM308, the near-archaeological quest for this circuit goes far beyond the legendary Rat. We tuned a reverb with resonant qualities, crafted to wander through the nocturnal zones of the low-frequency spectrum.
The result: a sonic artifact that manifests a resonance of physical presence —conjuring underwater drones, spectral and profound.
This is not a distortion. It is harmonic abundance, drenched in living mechanical modulation.

Ocean of Doom, requires a 9 Volt DC power supply, 2.1mm diameter, with a positive barril and centre negative. A power supply with bad regulation, not isolated or with poor filtering, might generate unexpected noise or undesired voltages that can damage the pedal.
